Now Hiring for our Mentorship Program


Job purpose

Assist, learn and develop alongside three seasoned brokers.  The candidate will learn firsthand about the sales and leasing process.  This includes the opportunity to make important contacts, tour properties, prospect and negotiate with tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers.  The candidate will have the ability to take deals from infancy through completion with the full support of the mentors.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Targeted prospecting
  • Property searches
  • Property tours
  • Personal business development and organization
  • Participation in networking groups
  • Work in collaboration with lawyers, accountants, appraisers, engineers and environmental specialists in finalizing deals
  • Basic admin support for file completions


  • Real Estate license or completion within three months of employment commencing
  • Business degree or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle
  • Prior sales or marketing experience is an asset



  • Base salary plus bonuses
  • Travel incentive program
