NAI, as part of a joint venture with Hilco Real Estate, was retained in 2003 on WorldCom's behalf. The joint-venture team identified and secured buyers for the majority of WorldCom's 25 properties, achieving aggregate sales in excess of $250 million. Successful lease renegotiations completed by the NAI team resulted in $180 million of savings for WorldCom over the life of the leases.
