Chad has earned the designation of Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and is a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). Certified Business Intermediary's have gone through stringent educational coursework to prepare themselves for representing their clients in a professional and intelligent manner and have demonstrated a high level of competence in the business brokerage profession by successfully completing an examination, documenting professional and educational achievements and fulfilling prescribed standards of performance and conduct required.

Chad is committed to his clients and NAI Commercial, entering the industry in July of 1997. Since that time Chad has completed hundreds of transactions including multi-million dollar investment property sales, business sales and hundreds of commercial leases ranging in size from 900 to 70,000 sq. ft.

In the rapidly changing market of Edmonton Chad has also taken on new development projects. Examples would be the sale process of a two phase 80,000 sq. ft. commercial condominium park, other new commercial condominium projects, new multi-tenant office warehouse developments and the sale leaseback of 40,000+ sq. ft. office warehouse.
