| Dennis started in commercial real estate in 1976. As Broker and Agent in the past, Dennis has specialized in retail leasing and development, used by major developers to secure new sites in outlying areas. Dennis has had personal ownership in major restaurants and video stores, thereafter specializing in franchises and understands the three most important aspects of real estate - "location, location, location". A "spin-off" of that specialty is dealing with "hard to lease" sites, using creativity and an advanced understanding of retail business to create optimim value. Dennis has also had experience in land syndication, hotel sales, international sales (Hawaii and California), medical/dental leasing, and recreational projects. |

Significant Transactions

First major real estate transaction involved the sale of Prairie Mall in Grande Prairie in 1978.
Involved in the initial marketing of Strathcona-Parsons Retail/Industrial (34th Avenue). Consulted and leased two regional shopping centres and three neighbourhood centres and secured offers from major tenants to initiate several other projects. Dennis worked with major developers/contractors to secure demolition clauses in established leases at minimum costs to the developer and minimum inconvenience to each tenant. Dennis has leased over 200 tenant spaces and sold over 75 retail and industrial sites totaling over $55,000,000 in value. |
