| I have been with NAI Commercial since 1988. I have over thirty years experience including banking, financial consulting and commercial real estate. Previously employed with the Royal Bank of Canada for 17 years. I have a very large, diverse client base in real estate including investors in commercial/industrial, apartments, land for development, retail and larger businesses. Since 1992 I have been awarded the company's top sales award for 3 of the 8 years. |

Major transactions would include the sale of a major company sold for $6,000,000. Also sold, 47 acres of industrial land of which 18 acres were ultimately used for the construction of a major Truck Stop facility which cost approximately $15,000,000. NAI were very active in concluding a large number of lease transactions and the subsequent marketing and sale of 11 industrial lots.
- The sale of a 500 unit high-rise apartment and townhouse project located on 15 acres of land purchased for $9,150,000 and subsequently sold for $12,300,000 and $15,000,000
- Over the past three years, sales value would include 23 transactions valued at $18,613,650. A breakdown includes: Industrial (32%) $5,977,500, Commercial (6%) $1,120,000, Investments (38%) 7,127,500, Development Land (17%) $3,038,650, Agricultural Land (7%) 1,350,000 |
