Mr. Tammets has been in the real estate profession for over fourty years. He has established a solid reputation as an effective, loyal and fair-minded expert in many aspects of commercial and industrial real estate.
In 1966 he opened his own company along with two partners, Longson, Tammets & Denton Real Estate Ltd., which name was subsequently modified to LTD Realty Inc. and on joining NAI Global in 1989 became NAI Commercial Real Estate Inc. The company just celebrated its 40th anniversary.

During the last five years, Mr. Tammets has been involved in the sale/acquisition of over 2,000 acres of industrial and commercial land in the Greater Edmonton area.
In addition to the sale of many investment properties, he has also been active in the development for one of his principle clients, Consor Developers Inc., of industrial land and buildings.
He always makes time to assist all clients and colleagues with any of their commercial and industrial real estate ventures and undertakings. |
