Role Objectives:

  • Responsible for the end-to-end management of deals for the sale or lease of commercial properties, ensuring a positive client experience
  • Formulate thoughtful analysis of properties, creation of opinions of value (BOV), market comparable research to accurately value commercial properties
  • Prospecting new client relationships and referral sources
  • Advise clients in the development and execution of their individualized real estate investment strategies
  • Work with the marketing team to develop marketing materials for exclusive property listings (proposals, brochures, etc.)
  • Negotiate exclusive listings and prepare relevant paperwork prior to the sale/lease of a commercial property

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or senior sales experience
  • Exceptional communication and financial analysis skills
  • Entrepreneurial drive
  • Ability to curate and retain strong relationships
  • Track record of success: sports, personal achievements, or leadership roles
  • Detail-oriented and strong work ethic
  • Current and valid RECA license authorized to trade in Commercial Real Estate
