Ryan is a Partner at NAI Commercial Real Estate in Edmonton, specializing in industrial, office, and investment properties across the Greater Edmonton Area. Since entering the industry in 2010, Ryan has built a proven track record of successfully guiding local, national, and international clients through complex acquisition, disposition, and leasing transactions. His depth of market knowledge and client-first approach have earned him consistent recognition—Ryan has been ranked among NAI’s Top 10 Advisors in Canada nearly every year since 2013.

Most recently, he ranked 6th (2022), 5th (2023), and 3rd (2024) nationally across all NAI offices in Canada.

Over the course of his 15-year career with NAI Commercial, Ryan has been involved in over $500 million in real estate transactions, representing more than 5 million square feet of commercial space. He co-leads a high-performing four-member brokerage team with over 40 years of combined experience in Edmonton’s commercial real estate market.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Finance from the University of Alberta and has earned the prestigious SIOR designation (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors)—a mark of excellence held by the most experienced and qualified commercial real estate practitioners globally.
